AUSTRALIA DELIVERY SERVICE

We ship within Australia via Australia Post and Selected Courier services for a charge of $20 per parcel.

Bulky items may incur additional postage costs.

QLD Metro - up to 3 business days
QLD Regional - up to 6 business days
All Other Sates Metro - up to 4 - 6 business days
All Other States Regional – 5-8 business days

 

NEW ZEALAND DELIVERY SERVICE

We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post for a charge of $30 per parcel. This is flat rate for all International orders.

All NZ areas - 6 to 27 business days

We aim to have your order dispatched within 2 business days.

If orders are placed after 8am on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday the order will be dispatch on the following business day.

We will regularly update our shipping and delivery timeframes during the peak Christmas Period.

 

ENSURE A SAFE DELIVERY

To deliver your order safely, we require a signature on all deliveries. If you are not home to receive the package, the delivery driver will take it to the nearest post office for your collection.

If you are requesting a delivery to a business address, include the business name on the delivery address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Coast does not take responsibility for the fraudulent signees.

Coast is not liable for items that becoming missing or damaged during transit. Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by the courier company. This investigation can take up to 10 business days.

Orders that the receiver has elected to be "Left in a safe place" that have become missing or damaged are not the responsibility of Coast and cannot be refunded or returned. 

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

All Coast orders will receive an email confirmation to the email supplied on the customer account.  We cannot amend orders once the order confirmation has been sent.

Coast reserves the right not to accept an order, or having accepted an order, to cancel an order if it cannot supply the goods within the order.
