REFUNDS/EXCHANGES
We may allow an exchange ONLY (at our election) on a case-by-case basis for such returns, provided that the item in question is not used or damaged(and contains original tags and/or packaging in tact). If the item meets the above requirements, exchanges can be made at any Skate Connection outlet within 30 days of purchase. Any postage return fees are at the expense of the customer.
Coast Skateboards reserves the right not to accept an order, or having accepted an order, to cancel an order if it cannot supply the goods within the order.
DELIVERY
To deliver your order safely, we require a signature on all deliveries. If you are not home to receive the package, the delivery driver will take it to the nearest post office for your collection.
If you are requesting a delivery to a business address, include the business name on the delivery address. Please ensure you are delivering to a safe address where your parcel cannot be intercepted. If a parcel has been signed and accepted on delivery, Skate Connection does not take responsibility for the fraudulent signees.
Coast Skateboards is not liable for items that becoming missing or damaged during transit. Any damaged or lost orders are subject to an investigation carried out by the courier company. This investigation can take up to 10 business days.
Due to COVID there may be delays in fulfillment and delivery times of up to 4 weeks. We ship the majority of our items via Australia Post.
